    Parental Leave

    We wanted our parental leave policy to reflect our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion. 

    With our policy also covering adoption, all employees with two years’ service are eligible for MA Parental leave. Primary carers will receive 16 weeks of full pay.

    We provide employees with healthcare and dental programmes as well as access to an Employee Assistance Programme, discounted gym memberships and a Wellbeing membership programme providing access to discounts on a range of wellbeing products and services, from counselling and therapy sessions to massages and nutritional supplements.

    We encourage team members to get out into the local community and volunteer their time.

    Each person gets a day to take in each half of the calendar year for volunteering either solo or with other team members.

    We have some heavy hitters when it comes to people staying with MA  25% of our people have more than four years with us! We’ve put together a reward programme that recognises our team member’s loyalty with an award of increasing value each year. And milestone years (5,10,15 and 20 years) each receive a bumper award. 

Wellbeing comes first for our people

Wellbeing is something that we know is important for everybody, now more than ever. MA has partnered with ‘Heka’ a wellbeing platform that provides our team with access to a wide range of healthcare services and products. We’ve also built flexitime into our working day so that people are able to take time out of their day for classes, gym time or other wellbeing appointments. We know that allowing people to flex their working day around their own personal needs better allows everyone to get closer to that work-life balance we all need.
