Interview #1

The first step will be a 30/45 minute phone call with someone from our TA team, where we'll assess your motivation and skills for the job you applied for. After reviewing if we think the call with you was a success, then we take you to the next step of the interview!

If we don't feel you were the right fit, we will provide you feedback as to why so you don't feel left in the dark.

Interview #2

This interview will be with either the Team Leader and possibly a team member as well. This interview should last around 90-120 minutes.

After debriefing with the Team Leader, your TA contact will then get in touch to give you their feedback. Fingers crossed if it's positive news, and you still want to proceed, we will then arrange a date for a final interview!

Personality test & Meet

We want to make sure that you're going to fit into the culture and thrive in our environment. So the final stage is all about getting to know you on a deeper level and learn more about your personality!

We will send you a non-eliminatory test to complete online and also arrange a final meeting with your prospective Manager / Head of Department. After your meeting, debrief calls with you and the manager/HoD will be made separately.

Offer

if the final meeting was a success on both sides, then an offer will be coming your way! Your TA contact will issue you with your contract for you to review, and guide you through our onboarding process.

And then all that's left to say is... welcome to MA!
