What we are looking for:

• Fluent in English or German, with preferably working proficiency in English
• 1+ years of experience as an IT recruiter (with interest or experience in working on the DACH Market)
• Proven experience or demonstrated willingness to transition into business development
• An understanding of the tech market and its specific recruitment challenges
