What you need to have:

• MUST be fluent in German and/or English
• 2+ years experience as a tech recruiter in the contract market for DACH region
• Demonstrated success in building a contractor book (business development)
• A deep understanding of the DACH tech market and its specific recruitment challenges
• Proficiency with various sourcing techniques, including Boolean search strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
