About the Role

Are you an ambitious IT recruiter operating in the Italian contract/freelance market?

This is your opportunity to join our established recruitment brand in the Italian Market! You´ll work alongside a successful native-Italian team of permanent and contract recruiters specializing in Microsoft, SAP, Cybersecurity, Salesforce, and Development.

We have recently begun expanding our contract desk and are continuing to broaden our technology offerings for our permanent clients. This presents a great opportunity for you to either help us enhance our permanent services or play a key role in growing our contract client base.

What are we looking for

• MUST be a NATIVE Italian speaker, with working proficiency in English
• 1+ years´ experience as an IT & Tech recruiter in the Italian contract market (we are open to the technology you specialize in)
• Demonstrated success in business development
• A deep understanding of the IT talent market and its recruitment challenges
• Proficiency with various sourcing techniques, including Boolean search strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
