MA is delighted to announce the launch of its first-ever dedicated careers website, careers.montrealassociates.com.
MA, formerly known as Montreal Associates, has been successfully operating as a specialist technology staffing provider since 1978. Over the last 10 years, MA has experienced rapid growth of its service offerings and market presence across Europe and more recently, North America, resulting in the creation of new market divisions internally and increasing demands for the recruitment of sales professionals at all levels.
With plans to continue expanding our specialist teams in both our London and Barcelona offices and prospects of building new sales teams based in Belgium and Canada, MA has launched a stand-alone careers site with the main aim of providing a clear space to promote MA as an employer and enable people to view and apply for our latest job opportunities.
The new careers website boasts a clean design with simple-to-use navigation to help our users easily explore the areas of MA they are interested in learning more about or get in touch with our talent acquisition team. Key functionalities include:

Marion Caslot, Talent Acquisition & Learning and Development Manager at MA has been co-leading the project and shares what she hopes the careers site will deliver.
“Growing our MA family is always on the agenda for us, and so we need to be able to attract and recruit widely diverse people across the world. To do that, we needed to give visibility of the MA that our people see and the various career opportunities that we have to offer. The careers site allows us to have a clear place to direct people to learn more about life at MA, what we have to offer as an employer and - most importantly - view and apply for the latest opportunities at MA.
We hope that by showcasing all aspects of MA, we can better attract the right type of people to our business and become a more attractive employer to those searching for a new opportunity in the recruitment industry.”
