Isaac, Marion and Marine provide learning opportunities that span the recruitment career, from onboarding and introduction to recruitment to emotional intelligence, retained selling, pitching and tenders and more recently, how to get the most out of remote working!  

Team members don’t just get workshop and group training, each team member will get a tailored coaching plan to support their development.

Our Career Development Plan allows you to take control of your own career - whether that’s pathing the way to a Sales Manager role responsible for a large number of direct and indirect reports, or as a Practice Lead, sharing knowledge across the business and being the public face of your IT cluster.

Our L&D programme sees our talented L&D team delivering online and classroom-based content as well as one-to-one coaching in individual development areas.

MA's Career Development Plan


Our L&D team have designed a wide-range of specialist programmes to support our employees careers from their very first day.

New starter

Fresh Start

Fresh Start is our induction programme. Obviously, we introduce you to MA, but also to your peers around the business and what your new life at MA will look like.

Whether that's working remotely or in one of our offices, we'll get you up and running with all the tools and equipment you need to work productively, proactively and safely. We'll also arrange training to get you up to speed on all our internal systems and processes.

MARA is our three-week-long programme aimed at immersing new team members in the world of recruitment. Coupled with the drive and talent of our new hires, it's the reason for the success of many of our people. 

Our L&D team will equip you with a successful recruitment strategy you can implement to maximise your output, with an effective communication structure for client & candidate partnerships, selling techniques and qualifying and closing styles. 

Evolve sees established consultants grow into exceptional recruiters with modules including pitching and delivering retained work, PSLs and tenders, advanced negotiation and emotional intelligence. 

This programme looks to empower our consultants with the confidence they need to take their recruitment career to the next level, learning crucial skills to create their own business plan, run and manage their own desk and create tailored sourcing and lead generation strategies.

Step-up is a programme designed for our senior and principal consultants who are making the 'step up' into management.

We take our newly identified potential Team Leaders through workshops and tailored coaching sessions that prepare them for and guides them through managing their first team members, providing them with the tools they need to soon become great leaders. 

 

Lead is our programme for team leaders and managers and focuses on understanding their own experiences of leadership, as well as introducing concepts such as Radical Candour and Situational Leadership.

It blends classroom content with an individual and ongoing coaching programme.

Our remote management programme consists of our L&D providing one-to-one tailored sessions to our team leaders, managers and directors to support them in building and maintaining long-lasting cohesion with their teams to drive performance in a remote environment. 

We help those in remote working environments to shift their mindset to remote management and learn how to support team members, build trust, drive performance and measure control and influence.

With a diverse group of people from different countries across the world, we offer language classes in each of our office locations to help support our employees to learn the local lingo or new languages used across Europe!

We currently have English classes running in the UK and Spanish, English and German classes in our Barcelona office.
